NONPROFIT COACH & GRANT WRITER

ANDERSON
A NOTE FROM JORDEN
Let's Get Personal
I started JAC in 2020 with one simple mission: to help nonprofits of all sizes, but especially those with small teams and tight budgets, secure the funding they need to make a real, lasting impact. That mission still drives everything I do today.
Since then, I’ve earned my Grant Professional Certified (GPC) credential, placing me among fewer than 50 certified grant professionals in Texas. I’ve also built a unique team made up of professional social workers who work collaboratively to craft compelling grant proposals that drive meaningful change.
You know the difference your organization can make. Now I’m here to help you secure the resources to make it happen.

“Every nonprofit,
no matter its size, deserves the opportunity to thrive.”
At JAC, we understand the challenges nonprofits face in securing grant funding. Limited resources, overworked staff, and the complexity of the grantprocess can make it feel overwhelming.
That’s where we come in. We take the guesswork out of grant funding by developing customized strategies that simplify the process—from identifying the right opportunities to crafting persuasive, fundable proposals. But securing funding is just the beginning. We also provide expert guidance and post-award support to help nonprofits stay compliant and build long-term sustainability.
Our goal is to help organizations break free from the stress of inconsistent funding so they can focus on what truly matters: making an impact.
HERE TO TAKE YOUR NONPROFIT TO NEW HEIGHTS
Meet Our Vibrant Team
With a deep commitment to supporting nonprofits, we bring together expertise in social work, grant writing, and program management to help organizations secure the funding they need to continue their vital work.
Our team is made up of passionate professionals, each holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, allowing us to seamlessly combine data-driven strategies with a people-centered approach.

Cassi Ince, LCSW
Administrative Assistant
Cassi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work degree from Illinois State University. In her private practice, she specializes in play therapy with children, works with LGBTQ+ populations, and provides support to individuals affected by trauma. Outside of her professional life, Cassi is also a talented artist—though with two kids, ages 3 and 9, finding free time to create can be a challenge! Passionate about nonprofit work, Cassi believes that grants make the impossible realistic and achievable, and she loves being part of a team that supports organizations.

Olivia Denkinger, MSW
Grants Specialist
Olivia is a Master of Social Work student at Arizona State University, set to graduate in May 2025. With several years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she has led projects in adolescent mental health, healthcare access, and public health education as a grant writer and program manager. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and exploring new coffee shops. Olivia is passionate about using grant writing to tell each organization’s unique story while securing the financial resources necessary to help nonprofits better serve their communities.

Johanna Jorgenson, MSW
Grants Coordinator
Johanna earned her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University in May 2024, with a focus on Policy, Administration, and Community Practice. With over five years of experience working with homeless populations, especially transition-aged youth, she is passionate about advocating for underserved communities. In her free time, Johanna enjoys spending time with her partner and two cats, dancing, and reading crime novels. Her experience in both frontline and mid-level roles has given her a strong understanding of how grant funding empowers organizations to make a lasting impact in their communities.

Brooke Schapiro, MSW
Grants Coordinator & Market Analyst
Brooke earned her Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University in 2024, specializing in Policy, Administration, and Community Practice. With five years of experience in child welfare, she now works for the federal government evaluating licensing for unaccompanied minor congregate care settings. Passionate about integrating lived experiences into systems, Brooke also supports LGBTQ populations and promotes child well-being. In her free time, she enjoys taking her two dogs to the park, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.
